DITCHLEY ROAD DRAPERY CLOSE UP

i had a puppy fiasco i had to tend to yesterday morning so my time at this drapery installation was limited!! and these pics of from my phone (not doing them justice!) but i LOVE how they turned out! i'll post better pics when i get back with my good camera!
this is a casual dining area…so the updated greek key in jute was absolutely the perfect trim…and the linen panels give a sophisticated elegance in a "low key" way. we have seagrass on the floor….why did i forgot my good camera-UGH!

BEFORE AND AFTER: SYLVAN DAUGHTER'S ROOM

how cool is it to come home to this bedroom? this college girl knows!
her mom wanted a pretty bedroom that her daughter would enjoy when home from school….but she also wanted a bedroom that could potentially transition into a guest room down the road. so not too girly, but a cool, casual, stylish vibe that could stand the test of time.
what did we do?
we added a rug, window treatments, and new pillows for the home owner's existing bed and club chair.
here's the before…...

and the after!!

WINTER TIME BEACH ESCAPE

ITS STILL ONLY JANUARY??? OMG!!! I'm ready for some warm weather…..wouldn't mind escaping the fresh 9" of snow for this "pretend" beach pad….the outside of this house is on Florida's panhandle…..some of the most beautiful beaches ever!!!!!!!!
and guess what? this place is for rent!!

but hope you enjoy my "made up" version!

HIGH END CASUAL….

i LOVE high end casual…..unfortunately, just because its casual does not mean its less $$….this "made up" house is a prime example….and i want it!!!…BTW, each photo is taken from a different house….i just loved how they all flowed together-hope you do too!

BEFORE AND AFTER: JAMESTOWN CRESCENT DINING ROOM

just as we were almost finished with her last house, my customer decided to move!
my thoughts? THRILLED!!!
don't get me wrong, her last house was amazing….but i LOVE a project!
we started in the dining room…. we had a dark and tired space……but it had AMAZING bones and LOADS of potential!!
my customer was super scared….but trusted my vision. she's an old soul, loves 1940's glam, has phenomenal taste, and appreciates high end stuff….she "liked" her new house, but wanted to fall in love with it…and i love how she's not afraid to take risks…..time to get to work!
what did we have?
- a table and chairs (which she wants to eventually replace)
- chest of drawers
- pair of lamps
i showed her a drapery fabric…and she immediately fell in love!! oh, and she loves silvers / metallics
here's the before….
